Relax & Sleep is a caffeine-free herbal blend of chamomile, cinnamon chips, rooibos, valerian, lemon peel and sweet lemon balm. It's soft, calming and lightly sweet — the kind of cup to share with a quiet evening. Chamomile, valerian and lemon balm have long been enjoyed before bed as part of an unwinding ritual.
Our 50g packs come in Bio-Degradable & Recyclable Cylinders in Natural Kraft colour, with a bio liner made from d2w oxo-biodegradable polymer resin instead of standard foil.
