Meta (formerly Facebook) conducted an extensive study on the impact of digital technologies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Australia. This research included a survey of 1,250 SME owners and managers from various regions and industries across the country. Additionally, the research team held in-depth, one-on-one virtual interviews with six Australian SME executives to gain deeper insights into their digital transformation journeys.
