Rooibos tea also known as red tea is made from a shrub called Aspalathus linearis, that usually grows in South Africa. Rooibos tea has a sweet, and earthy flavour. It contains high antioxidants and is a great caffeine-free alternative to black or green tea. There is unfermented green rooibos tea as well; while traditional rooibos is created by fermenting the leaves, and that is why it has a red-brown colour.

Brewing Instructions:
Steep at 100C for 3-5 minutes
